POOL CLEANERS

An item of great convenience which can add to the enjoyment of your pool is an automatic pool cleaning device. There are a large variety of mechanical random action cleaners available.

These cleaners need to be installed into the pool for cleaning but must be removed from the pool for swimming. Recent advances in the design of these cleaners make them quite effective.

The most desirable cleaning system is the exclusive Master Pools "In-Floor" Cleaning System that progressively sweeps the floor and wall intermittently with high velocity jets of water. Such a system does not require installation and removal for swimming because the cleaning components are built in with the pool structure and do not interfere with swimming.

The operation of the system requires only that the pool pump be on. Such a system is truly superior to others as it efficiently distributes the chemicals (and heated water) while cleaning.

The permanent concrete or gunite pool requires your builder to have specialized methods and equipment to put to work for you. The actual structural characteristics of the pool are professionally designed to consider soil conditions, concrete formulations, and building codes.

The final result is that the professionally designed concrete or gunite pool, when finished with the appropriate deck, tile, and interior finish, will provide many years of enjoyment, and this steel reinforced pool shell is your best "guarantee" for the future.

CONSIDER A SPA

The turbulent warm water massage of a hydrotherapy spa is the ultimate complement to a swimming pool or as an amenity on its own. When built in conjunction with a pool, the spa recirculation system can be designed to work off the main pool system.

Such a system can save cost and with the appropriate controls, it can be very convenient. When considering a spa, discuss the alternatives with your builder and choose a system which he feels best suits your needs.

DEPEND ON YOUR BUILDER

Once you have selected a reliable, ethical independent guild or association member builder, rely on him to advise you on making decisions with respect to quality, equipment, and safety. Study your final proposal carefully to be sure you are satisfied with all aspects of your plan before work commences. Changing the plan during the course of construction can result in unanticipated delays and cost considerations.

Time and effort applied during the planning stage will pay real dividends in terms of the long term enjoyment of the swimming pool.
