In the past, we have had numerous problems with credits. We have come up with a way we hope will clear these up and get credits issued correctly and quickly, but we will need your help and cooperation to get this done.

A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form will be required for all returns. Invoice numbers that the goods were originally purchased on MUST accompany all returns. This will ensure faster processing of the credit. Goods must be in their original carton and salable condition.

If the goods are damaged or defective, we cannot issue credit until we have received credit from our Manufacturer. An invoice number the goods were purchased on must also accompany any damaged or defective goods.

We have also set some terms for charging restocking:

• If returned up to 10 days from delivery date - no restocking charged
• If returned from 11 days to 30 days from delivery date - 10% restocking charged
• If returned after 30 days from delivery date - 20% restocking charged
• Special ordered items are subject to manufacture return policies
• Items are not returnable after one year from delivery date

If you have items that need to be returned, please call your branch customer service representative (or tell them when you are placing your order) and tell them what you are returning and the reason for return and they will give you an RGA number. If items are picked up by our drivers, they will give you a copy of the RGA when they arrive and pick up the returns. Items not called in and put on the RGA will not be picked up at that time.

By following these guidelines we can ensure that you, the customer, will get the credits you are due in a reasonable timeframe.
