TERMS
Net 30 from date of invoice to approved credit accounts. All others check with order or C.O.D. until credit is approved. Accounts unpaid after 31 days will be considered delinquent and will be subject to a 1 ½% per month service charge, which will be strictly adhered to in 1997. Any account, referred, will assume collection costs and attorney fees.
Any check returned for non-payment will carry a service charge of $25.00.
MINIMUM BILLING
$25.00 - ALL ORDERS UNDER $25.00 WILL BE STRICTLY C.O.D.
PRICES
All prices are F.O.B. Custom Pools warehouse unless noted or specified prior to shipment, and are subject to change without notice. Custom Pools is not responsible for typographical errors in catalog.
All accounts will be automatically charged applicable sales and/or use taxes unless they have on file an up-to-date tax exempt certificate with valid resale permit number.
FREIGHT
Freight allowed on common Carrier shipments $1500.00 net to one destination. The order will be shipped freight collect, customer is to deduct freight from invoice making certain to attach copy of freight bill with remittance. Unusually bulky or heavy items (see freight exceptions below*) are F.O.B. Warehouse. Full freight allowance is accepted only when invoices are paid within terms and the original freight bill is attached.
TRANSPORTATION CLAIM
All claims for equipment damaged in shipment or shortages must be made with truck line or carriers, and noted on the Bill of Lading before accepting the merchandise. Custom Pools is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by the specific manufacturer's warranty. IN NO EVENT will suppliers or manufacturers be held liable for consequential damage. No dealer or representative is authorized to assume any liability except as set forth above.
It is the sole responsibility of the builder or dealer for the proper construction or installation of products purchased from Custom Pools.
